That is where I was on New Year's day, I have worked in a hospital since 1975 and I could not get this woman Dr. to stop saying it was just a panic attack. even after she pressed my upper mid line and I jumped in pain 3x, she still discharged me as a panic atack. (I found out later I had also a bout of pancreatis) So you are not stupid, breath, look around at all the good, and when you hear yourself downing you and your symptoms yell STOP and soon you will be in control, now go sip some peppermint tea and breath Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
