Claritin, anti-histamines Good/Bad for IBS?       03/14/07 08:36 PM Edit Reply Quote Naturapanic Reged: 02/16/06 Posts: 856 Hi, I have seasonal allergies. Due to the warming trend I've had what I believe are sinus headaches. I was holding off but am going to probably take Claritin or a similiar anti-histamine. My reservation was due to a fear this would worsen my symptoms of C. I wanted to know, do anti-histamines have a negative effect of IBS, C, or should I take and not worry?
