It is a tightness and general yucky feeling, but doesn't really feel like I will throw up. I have had an ulcer in the past and am having an upper endoscopy on Friday to check again since this is a fairly new symptom for me over the last 6-8 months or so. Ginger works sometimes as does Pepcid. I think the Pepcid causes D with me so I don't take it unless I am pretty miserable. Also, not eating makes it worse so if you can make yourself at least eat some crackers it might help. Good luck, Christy Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
