I'm getting quite confused about the magnesium posts...I'm so scared to add any for fear of d. According to Sand's research, carbonate is better for d, but what about citrate? Anyone with IBS A or C out there take a calcium supplement and which one? (I really wouldn't classify myself as C...I just think that with the diet, acacia, and lexapro I am more "normal" if that makes sense so I don't want to overdo taking anything to make me "go" too much.)
