I can definitely say that I think you should keep your acacia the same but go for it and eat some more IF foods. I was super scared at first too and I posted a million questions about it at the time, but if you do it slowly, gradually, and one food at a time coupled with some SF base, you should be okay, or at least be able to pinpoint if something is too much for you. Eat just small amounts of IF at first. (For example, someone suggested that I put raisins my oatmeal as a start so I put literally only 5 in to try...now I add more based on how I feel)
Once you are eating a good amount of IF (to be healthy and nutritious), then you can follow whatever advice people give to this thread about increasing/decreasing acacia according to some c/a symptoms. Good luck!
