I can understand that. My problems are more C related, with the cramping up and pain, so if something sent me straight to the "loo" I'd probably eat it once a day just for relief. I'm not making light of your situation at ALL, just trying to be funny. Glad rice works for you - it's a good "non cramping, non bloating, safe staple" for me, too. Take care!!
