Hey, thanks for the nice safe meal suggestion unfortunatly i cant handle oatmeal.. i think. lol. i only eat plain 100% oats, so it cant be the additives, but the last 2 times i ate some, it sent me right to the bathroom. mabey it was just a coincidence, i dont know. mabey ill try it again sometime. my fav. safe meal is without a doubt rice.
