Citrucel & cramping       02/21/07 11:18 AM Edit Reply Quote hms05 Reged: 09/14/06 Posts: 33 I recently switched my fiber supplement from Metamucil (caused gas) to Citrucel. While the gas is better I've been having some cramping. I'm not having any D or C, just some mild cramping. Could it be the Citrucel? I'm only taking 2 caplets per day and have been taking it for a month maybe. Thanks for any input! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
