You're supposed to start with BTC, which is no IF. Flax Oil tablets are likely not going to have fiber, because they are, well, oil tablets, theit purpose is to contain oil. The inactive ingredients might have a little fiber, but probably not enough... You can try acacia, the fiber Heather sels, it's gotten pretty good reviews (and it's bloating and gas safe).
