Although brown rice is less harsh than whole wheat, the fact they added more bran to it makes me think it would probably not be safe. Does it say how much fiber it contains per serving? And what's a serving, so we can compare it to a serving of brown rice and see how much more fiber it has (and that would probably be the rice bran) Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
