Hmm, the RDA for magnesium is 300 mg a day if I remember correctly. Why are you taking 2? Not that it's a huge problem, I mean, I take more, but I do that because I am pretty C.
Well, that is strange, that it doesn't bother you... It could be that you are just eating so safe that it can't bother you... Or is it in conjunction with calcium (which constipates, so it might counteract the magnesium)?
Out of curiocity, have you found it helps with periods? I have a bad time with periods too, but haven't found much relief I wonder if anything could help at all.
