No help on the hemms, but...

For C? BTC doesn't do much if C is the only symptom. It calmed down my other problems, but then I needed to start upping my IF as much as possible. The SFS helps a ton. I've used Benefiber powder and Fibersure pills. I have to say that the acacia works better with less, but if he just needs to try one out and not order it, then I can say both of the above helped some. That and enough water.

I'm glad you've done so well, and I hope your friend can get some relief. I didn't find suppositories to be much help.
