It has eliminated the pain and cut back alot on the frequency of D. About 10 years ago, I took a MUCH higher dose for depression and didn't have any side effects at all. Now, all I notice is that I sleep much better. I've had lifelong insomnia and it's gone now. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
