I'm on Lexapro, 20mg. I had initial side effects that weren't too pleasant - bad D for a couple days, nausea for a week, exhaustion for about a month - but it really helped my IBS. I'm actually on it for anxiety, not depression... anxiety was my biggest IBS trigger, so medicating for that was a definite help. Not a huge difference immediately, but definitely one over time.
