Hi jen

I completely understand where you are coming from. I am 23, and recently diagnosed. I am having the hardest time adjusting my life. Not going downtown, and not being able to do what most people are age are doing without overwhelming fear of an attack is frustrating. I also havn't told most people what is actually wrong with me. The few people I tried to explain it to asked me if I was sure it wasn't "all in my head" All they know is that I was having "tummy issues" and subsequently lost some weight.

as for the horrible d, I highly reccomend a big cup of really strong peppermint tea, a hotwater bottle/heating pad. It ususally calms everything down for me
Good Luck
