I have to be very cautious with turkey anything bc the dark meat turkey causes me to have terrible D. They put ALL kinds of meat in turkey dogs and such. The only turkey (ground or otherwise) I can get away with is white meat. Fries also are a problem for me (if they're greasy like you said yours were).
