I collect older cookbooks and had no idea that this was a product-specific one. I've never seen nucoa, so... (I'm bookmooching it, so if you're interested in having it, let me know!) I use Earth Balance because I think it tastes a little more buttery than most margarines. I can use it on bread and not flinch at the taste.
