I think they load the vitamin with whey/lactose fillers, which for me, causes D. I literally tried every multivitamin under the sun - everything caused D. The only one that doesn't cause D for me is Vitamin World Prenatal vitamins (bottle says no lactose, no whey, no gluten, etc.) I've taken them for about 5-6 years. Not sure men would be willing to take them because of the "prenatal" label (that's just marketing). They are just basic non-gender multivitamins. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
