Yes, I agree. You definitely need the fruits and veggies. Try smoothies (I do banana/blueberry/strawberry almost daily) with a little milk replacement or water) or try applesauce or canned peaches not in heavy syrup. Veggies are a bit tougher...make sure they are REALLY soft so they'll be easier to digest and just eat a small amount with SF. I know it's scary but just take it slowly and try one thing at a time. You will be healthier for it and your digestive system will adjust if you do it carefully.
