DO NOT TRY THIS WITH RICE MILK. It never sets and is utterly disappointing.
Soy milk works in the cooked pudding. I've never tried it in the instant. But if you're going to make cooked pudding, you may want to just make it from scratch and control what's in there. It's not that hard.
