What a strong women you are to push through such a horrific year. Pat yourself on the back, you are doing the right thing for standing up to him, and please to not blame yourself for your animals. They obviously had a wonderful life with you, and nature, in nature, will simply take its course. Stress is often the cause for my pain and fatigue as well, and I too am dealing. I find mantras to help me sleep at night, and look to the sun in the morning...and when the stress bug comes to attack, I do not let it destroy my body. Think of your body as your means to triumph, and treat it well, like you are doing.
