Inulin (Chicory Root)       01/24/07 08:08 PM Edit Reply Quote Kelly5 Reged: 10/27/06 Posts: 45 Loc: ILLINOIS Does anyone know if inulin from Chicory Root is bad for ibs-D? I had some rice dream ice cream that had this and I got so sick the entire next day. I wasn't sure if it was this or stress.
