It's like, which one do you really have? So I have decided to follow a chinese medicine way of thinking, in that I have damp heat... that way, it doesn't have any kind of western label that gets me obsessing over cures.. basically with damp heat, u are to eat small, cooked meals, and it is also very influenced by stress and anxiety. I look at these two things most of all before getting into all the other things. Obsessing over which I have, and how to "cure" either one of them just makes everything flare up so much worse for me!! So I try to minimize the stress and eat what feels right for me.
