My menu isn't very big right now lol, as I am just now starting to get stable again. I only just started this diet a month ago. Also I have a guestion. What is acacia, I see it alot in posts?

Dairy is one of the biggest trigger foods! It'll be hard to get stable if you're eating dairy products.

Acacia is a soluble fiber supplement (SFS). It's discussed extensively in the stickies and elsewhere on this site.
