The bottle says 5 capsules = 3g fiber. So, I guess I get between 4-5 grams total per day from these. There are lots of people on here that take much higher doses of SFS, but more than this causes gas and bloating. This small dose and Bentyl keep my BMs relatively normal except for around my monthly visitor. Christy Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
