Meds/herbs for alleviating (intestinal) gas?       01/14/07 02:59 PM Edit Reply Quote hms05 Reged: 09/14/06 Posts: 33 I've been having alot of trouble with gas lately, the intestinal kind. My tummy gets all distended and active and cramps at times too. Anyone have any good remedies?? I know that most of the OTC "anti-gas" meds only help with more upper GI-type gas. This doesn't happen to me everyday so it could very well be something I'm eating. I haven't made a connection yet though. I also take Metamucil every a.m. Could be that too I suppose.
