P.S. Are apples, pears, raisin, dates, figs the most fruit that you avoid. What about pineapple - it appears to be low fructose on the chart. So you eat banana, peaches, nectarines(?), kiwi, blueberry, strawb, rasp., avacado? Avoid pumpkin because of IF not because of high fructose. You eat all veggies except spaghetti squash. Thanks.
