My daily menu is really quite simple.
Breakfast Oatmeal, brown sugar, no milk and 1/2 kiwi or unripe banana sliced on the oatmeal
Lunch Chicken, shrimp, scallops, carrots, peeled zucchini and rice. I will make either a stir fry or a light curry. I use about 1 tps olive oil.
Dinner Chicken, pork tenderloin, bison or fish. Rice, potatoes or pasta Veggies: carrots, parsnip, peas, green beans, sweet potato, and some types of squash
Snacks Zucchini loaf with a small portion of kiwi, banana, peach or apricot (no skin), pretzels or small portion of Staceys Pita Pockets. In the summer I some times have strawberries or raspberries from the garden with my loaf.
I rarely eat pumpkin. Too much IF. I also have to be very careful of the type of squash I eat. For example spaghetti squash has far too much IF for me. On the other hand acorn squash is okay.
I use molasses, white and brown sugar. I have never used brown rice syrup only because I have never seen it.
I do not eat raw veggies at all but I really miss salads
