I feel your pain. I'm 32 weeks pregnant with my second pregnancy. My doc said I could take Maalox for gas. I also had nausea, and was instructed to take 1/2 of an otc sleeping aid combined with a B Vitamin. I can't remember the name now. It put me to bed like a charm. I used it for my entire first tri and part of my second.
You need to call your OB and find out what she recommends for your issues. Docs really vary on what meds they deem safe or not.
