I am eating broccoli as I type this. I don't eat cabbage. Anyway try cooking broccoli well and then eat it in something soluble fiber and try it for breakfast then lunch because the gut seems better earlier. Try to put veggies in an egg beater omelet for breakfast. It is good with spinach and mushrooms.
