Maybe the fennel tea doesn't work for you. It didn't work for me. I would say check out the tea section at your HFS and try something else. Look for something that's geared towards digestion or gas & bloating. Chances are it will contain fennel, but it will also contain other things that might help better.
Which SFS have you tried? I think this is what really did it for me. And have you thought about giving the hypno a shot?
