Hi Ruchie!

I agree that too much antibiotics is bad news. Antibiotics can help an infection, but it can kill off good bacteria in the gut. If you have been on antibiotics for a while for several different things, I highly recommend that you go on a probiotic. I think I recommended one to you previously. I take a brand called Genestra. I don't know if you can get it where you are. I buy it directly from my Naturopath and I haven't seen it in any stores here. Try this website: web page . Are you taking Heather's Acacia Tummy Fiber?
