I tried Paxil, which worked great except for all of the weight gain. I now take Bentyl twice a day for spasms and Xanax (1mg at night and .5mg in the morning) every day to keep my anxiety at bay. Now even when I have an attack, I don't get the panic, heart racing, cold sweat, severe pain like I did before. I think for me having Xanax everyday and being strict with my diet has been the key to my relative stability. Christy Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
