Thanks for the awesome response. You are so right and I really appreciate you breaking it down for me so logically. It is so true that there are a lot of things that some are sensitive too and other do just fine. I do tend to get a little hypersensitive about things b/c I get tired of this IBS drama but I think you are right about not overstressing about it. Besides, I love my Silk soy milk and do not want to give it up. I may try your method of limiting my carageenan intake as much as possible but not overdoing it.
