question about a recipe on this site       12/18/06 01:48 PM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered I tried to make honey oat muffins. I wasn't sure what quick cooking oats were, i assumed it was oatmal, so i used that. Is that right? In the directions it says combine liquid ingridients until dry ingredients are just moist. Well the amount of liquid mixture I had was enough to put in the bowl and everything got soaked, not moist. I followed the recipe, used the right measurements. Did I do something wrong or can i still use it? Its been sitting in my fridge all day. Oh, also i don't have a muffin pan,would it work to just make it like cookies?
