I highly recommend it. I LOVE the fact that I can easily break the pills in half--it makes them so much easier to swallow. "Caltrate Plus" has not given me D attacks and goes down very easily. There is no lactose whatsoever in the pills. Also, the pills include vitamin D, as well as certain minerals which aid in calcium absorption. Moreover, it is very reasonably priced. Trust me--take the Caltrate and skip the broccoli. Osteoporosis (and I have it at age 32) is hardly fun. Kate, IBB-D. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
