In general, if stuffing doesn't have dairy, is it considered safe?
Do you guys have problems with it or not?
The only trouble spot I can think is MSG or sodium, but I don't recall Heather saying sodium is a trigger food.
I know sometimes when I have stuffing I feel bloated or have skin irritation.
