In response to this post, and also you're one that you added to say you take Acacia 1 tsp 3 times a day.

I definetly suggest increasing the Acacia, slowly. Try increasing by 1/4 to 1/2 tsp, maybe once a week. Some IBS-C need to get to a higher dose of SFS.

For the C, try and get as much IF as you can, spread out through the day with safe SF meals/snacks. If you are eating lots of veggies they can cause some gas, and I take Beano for that. Drink lots of water and fennel tea.

Exercise also plays an important role in C. Getting regular exercise can help both with the C and gas. Yoga as well has many poses that help with gas. Some good exercises are to do ab crunches and lots of running.

And the last thing is patience, it will take time for it to get better but you're on the right track.
