During the process to stabilization do you still add in foods along the way (of course not trigger foods) and just slowly start to stabilize - I have added in acacia but still may need to up my dose and I always eat SF with every meal, usually first, drink fennel tea and do need to drink more water, need to get better sleep but do get good walking and swimming in. with me the biggest annoyance is that crampy feeling in the bowel that you are not emptied out.
