I could understand the layout if there were IF in it as well to show the breakdown of how much of each... It does have the wheat dextrin, which has no gluten (sp?) in it. I like it better then the ingredient they used to have - just taste, texture, etc. but I didn't take it properly to have helped my IBS so I can't compare there.
