Please tho, I need structure. Should I 1) Continue Acidophillus, Miralax, Benefiber, and a High Fiber Diet 2) Get Digestive Enzymes 3) Get Acadia 4) Do Tong Reng or Hypno
What should I be taking as supplements and what should the plan be? I am confused if I should 1) Drop everything and just do Gas x 2) Drop everything and do Gas x with Acadia 3) Do Gas X, Acadia, drop Benefiber, and stick with the rest Thanks.
