I called my doc and he said to reduce the Zelnorm from 1 tablet 2 x's/day to 1/2 tablet 1 x/day. I'm kind of leary about getting back on it, though. This is my second day on Heather's diet and I'm going to go and get some peppermint/fennel, etc...tea or capsules tonight and see if they help.
