Whatever you do, don't be tempted to overeat at any house or you'll be VERY sorry and uncomfortable. Just politely explain that you have 3 meals, and it gives you a built in excuse to select your foods carefully. Take some fresh buns (white) with you.
Have a bun, white meat, cranberry sauce should be OK, any cooked veggies, (avoid mashed potatoes - almost always full of butter and milk) - avoid gravy - high in fat. Avoid the stuffing - unless it's made with only white bread - whole wheat can cause attacks unless you can tolerate it.
I like the idea of taking your teas with you, and your supplements. Good luck and happy thanksgiving.
