I am so glad I just bought this book. I was not going to because I have had IBS for over 4 years now. But, I found out in this book that if you have had your gall bladder out you may be able to have your IBS "cured" with medication called Queantra (sp). I am very happy about this because I had mine taken out 5 years ago. So, I have made an appointment to talk to my doctor about this. But one question for Heather... How do they know if your problems will be taken care of by this medicine. Is there a test or do they just try you on the medicine? Are there certain symptoms you need to have this possible form?
