Spring 2007 When I got home from my procedure, I slept for five hours due to the anesthesia. I felt okay after I woke up. Next day I was totally back to normal. You should be fine to eat anything you feel like eating after the procedure. Let your appetite be your guide. Like Syl, I too noticed that the fasting before the procedure seemed to make my symptoms better.
