Amitiza       11/11/06 04:42 AM Edit Reply Quote shandy Reged: 12/21/04 Posts: 85 Loc: Alabama I started taking Amitiza a few days ago... so far, a constant headache, mildly rumbly stomach... but nothing else. I'm not technically constipated, so maybe I'm not a good test case, but I sure was hoping for something wonderful! It's supposed to start working within 24 hours, but I haven't noticed any change in my BM habits. I'm very regular, just incomplete... and I'm definitely not seeing any change there. Bummer.
