Really? I have been adding the flax to my morning cereal for like years. I didn't think it would be a problem as I have read so many things on IBS that promotes flax and says it's a mucilous, soothing supplement. I don't know. Plus, it's so good for you.
What, exactly, does flax do to you?
I also started taking fibersmart SFS which contains flax! I'm honestly afraid to stop anything that is natural and suppose to help. I am so confused.
