Oh, Jordy, 1 T of flaxmeal :-S That sounds so scary. I can hardly tolerate 1 teaspoon, and with lots of SF, let alone 1 tablespoon (yes, I do tolerate other tipes of IF OK, but this particular type seems to bother me). Is it possible that that is causing the pain? Since you are taking Miralax, do you need that to make you go?
