Suggestions plse       11/07/06 02:50 PM Edit Reply Quote Shirl Reged: 02/19/04 Posts: 558 Loc: North Carolina I have had my 2nd colonoscopy today (biopsy) taken. Doc told hd that I needed to get more "fiber" now he did not tell him "what" but I am assuming metamucil, benefiber etc... well I had been metamucil but I do suffer gas and bloating so does othe pple have a good suggestion for the to be taken that DOES not give me extra gas and bloting thanks so much -------------------- if God brought you to it.
