Those are also symptoms of some heart related problems. Don't mess with this. I get those symptoms when my reflux is acting up.If it's GERD there are lots of meds out there that can control it. I've had lots of heart tests to rule out blockages and such so I know what mine is. Take care of yourself and have a good checkup.
